#ATMs4CMN Official Rules

Official Rules. 

The Official Rules of #shadesupforkids are set forth below (the “Rules”).  By participating in #shadesupforkids, participant agrees to be bound by the terms of the Rules.

Sponsor.

#ATMs4CMN is a charitable initiative sponsored by CU Cooperative Systems, Inc., dba CO-OP Financial Services, (“CO-OP”), a nonprofit California cooperative located at 9692 Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

Eligibility.

#ATMs4CMN is open to persons 18 years of age or older, including any officers, employees or directors of CO-OP or members of their immediate families.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Participants are not required to be a member, client or employee of CO-OP or of a credit union. 

How To Participate.

When you visit a CO-OP ATM between May 9, 2019 and August 31, 2019, post a photograph with the CO-OP ATM in the background and tag the photograph with the hashtag #ATMs4CMN.  

CO-OP Donations; Maximum. 

For each qualified photograph posted, CO-OP will donate $10.00 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, up to a maximum donation of $10,000.   CO-OP, in its sole discretion, may continue to make donations for photographs posted after it reaches the maximum donation, and will use good faith efforts to publicize if the maximum donation for the initiative has been reached.

Conditions; Release 

Only one (1) posting is per eligible participant.  All photographs must be posted between May 9, 2019 and August 31, 2019.  By posting a photograph, you agree to be bound by these Rules. Neither CO-OP nor its agents, representatives and affiliates, shall be responsible or liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of CO-OP that may cause #ATMs4CMN to be disrupted or corrupted; or (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participation in #ATMs4CMN.

By participating in #ATMs4CMN, you consent to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your photograph for any purpose whatsoever. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not post a photograph.

Governing Law.

#ATMs4CMN and the rights and obligations of CO-OP and participants will be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of California, without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions.
