Napper has served as a director on the CO-OP Board since 2010. He has been President/CEO since 2002 of LBS Financial CU, a credit union with $1.2 billion in assets and 122,000 members. Napper's oversight work with CO-OP began in 1997 when he became a member of the Audit Committee.
