CO-OP FINANCIAL SERVICES CONGRATULATES CAROLINE WILLARD ON APPOINTMENT AS CORNERSTONE CUL PRESIDENT/CEO
Willard joined CO-OP in July 2006 as Vice President, Corporate Development, and held the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, prior to her current post. Todd Clark, President/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services, offered the following remarks in extending congratulations to Willard:
"We are very happy for Caroline as she embarks on this new phase in her career and extremely grateful for her leadership and the accomplishments she made during her tenure at CO-OP," said Clark.

Clark added that the search for Willard's replacement is being initiated immediately and her duties will be handled in the interim both by him and her direct reports.
"We have an exceedingly strong, veteran leadership team to smoothly carry forward our service commitments to our client credit unions. Our top priority always is to deliver outstanding client service, and that remains our focus and commitment as we realign the team," said Clark.
