The exhibit will show how CO-OP can help credit unions meet the
needs of the modern
consumer and compete with both upstart fintech companies and big banks by Thinking Forward, Applying Swiftly and Scaling Continuously. The interactive audio-video displays will demonstrate CO-OP innovations in payment cards that enhance security, mobility and consumer engagement; CO-OP's answer to demands for faster, more customized, self-service-oriented products; and the competitive advantages of CO-OP ATM and shared branch networks.
In addition, the booth's Trends and Solutions area will focus on member and community engagement. This section displays how loyalty can be won through interacting with members in a way that is fast and frictionless in an increasingly mobile and digital age, helpful and intelligent in an environment fraught with security anxieties, and fully integrated with advancing technology.
CO-OP's booth will also include a representative from OpenIDEO, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based consulting company that helps organizations innovate and grow. In addition to the company's Insight Vault blog, CO-OP's activities at GAC 16 can be followed on Twitter (@COOPFS).
