TruWest (www.truwest.org), based in Phoenix, Ariz., has nearly 60,000 members and $766 million in assets. The credit union has 30 ATMs that will be managed under CO-OP ATM Managed Services, an integrated suite of services enabling credit unions to outsource the full implementation and management of an ATM fleet. TruWest has also selected CO-OP Financial Services to provide CO-OP ATM Terminal Driving, bundled with CO-OP Check Imaging and CO-OP ATM Visual Control, enabling the credit union to create and upload marketing campaigns to their ATMs.

"We are looking to bring state-of-the-art ATM technology to enhance the member experience," said Thomas Gessel, Chief Technology Officer, TruWest. "The upgrades we have planned will help members be comfortable transacting their business 24-hours-per-day at an ATM, rather than needing to visit a teller. With 30 ATMs, we felt that the most economical and efficient way to achieve this is having CO-OP handle ATM management for us.

"CO-OP's ATM expertise will be particularly valuable to us as we work to comply with the new requirements of the ADA and PCI DSS," said Gessel. "ATM monitoring by CO-OP will also ensure the highest possible ATM uptime."

With CO-OP ATM Managed Services, credit unions can turn over all of their ATM-related issues to a single source, allowing them to focus on their core financial services to members. The suite includes fleet consultation and financing; fleet maximization and innovation; fleet management and coordination; and ATM payment processing.
