Co-op Services Credit Union Chooses CO-OP ATM Managed Services
Co-op Services Credit Union, Livonia, Mich., has selected CO-OP ATM Managed Services from CO-OP Financial Services. The credit union has 11 ATMs that will be managed under CO-OP ATM Managed Services, an integrated suite of services enabling credit unions to outsource the full implementation and management of an ATM fleet.
"We turned to CO-OP ATM Managed Services to help us implement the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for ATMs, and to also find a better solution to ongoing repair and servicing of our fleet," said Angie Krogol, Senior Vice President, Member Services, for Co-op Services CU, which has more than 50,000 members and about $375 million in assets.
"We are looking forward to CO-OP helping us smoothly meet the ADA guidelines and deadlines, as well as ensuring maximum ATM up-time for our members," said Krogol.
With CO-OP ATM Managed Services, credit unions can turn over all of their ATM-related issues to a single source, allowing them to focus on their core financial services to members. The suite includes fleet consultation and financing; fleet maximization and innovation; fleet management and coordination; and ATM payment processing.
