RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (December 6, 2011) - Moving to enhance marketplace awareness of its products and services, CO-OP Financial Services has promoted Lynn Kneebone, Kim Swift and Gail Tofil to national and regional management responsibilities within its Sales department.
"Lynn, Kim and Gail are long-time employees totaling 38 years with CO-OP Financial Services, so they have vast institutional knowledge of our products and all aspects of client services," said Ritch Ellis, Vice President, Sales. "They are all highly deserving of promotion and are great choices to represent CO-OP access and convenience solutions to credit unions."
Kneebone was promoted to National Sales Director for CO-OP, reporting to Ellis. Kneebone joined the company in 2005 to manage direct sales initiatives in the Southeast United States. In 2009, she was promoted to Director of Sales, Eastern U.S. In her new capacity, Kneebone will lead U.S. sales development for CO-OP, directing all regional sales managers.
Swift was promoted to Manager, Strategic Business Partnerships for CO-OP, reporting to Ellis. Swift joined the company in 1996 and most recently held the position of Business Development Manager-Western Region. Her new position is national in scope and focuses on the training and sales assistance of CO-OP business partners (organizations that offer CO-OP products and services).
Tofil was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for CO-OP, reporting to Kneebone. Tofil joined the company in 1994 (via CO-OP's acquisition of Service Centers Corp. - SCC - in 2003). She most recently held the position of Account Executive in the Business Development department. As a Regional Sales Manager, Tofil will be responsible for the sales activity in five states.
