Security Service FCU was originally founded in 1956 to serve the financial needs of the U.S. Air Force Security Service Command. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Security Service FCU is the largest credit union in the state, and the third largest in Colorado.

"We are very pleased to be chosen as Security Service FCU's business partner to ensure their credit union is easily accessible and convenient for its members," said Eric Porter, Executive Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, for CO-OP Financial Services. "Security Service FCU joins more than 200 other Texas-based credit unions that participate in CO-OP Network, which includes about 1,200 ATMs in that state alone."

CO-OP Network, operated by CO-OP Financial Services, is the nation's largest credit union ATM network, providing convenient access to funds for more than 30 million cardholding members of 3,000-plus credit unions. In addition to credit union facilities, CO-OP Network ATMs can be found in retail locations such as 7-Eleven, Costco and Walgreens, and military bases throughout the United States and worldwide.
