Improving Customer Experience at the ATM
New software for participating CO-OP Network credit unions is now available to help you build customer loyalty by ensuring that your members will have an even more outstanding experience when they visit their local ATM.
NCR Aptra Edge 3.0 Phase II, for NCR PersonaS and SelfServ ATMs, introduces a number of member benefits, including mini-statement continuation (cardholders continually receive transaction data as it’s available); ATM locator (displays four alternate ATM locations on the “out of service” screen); multi-algorithm dispense (allows for multi-denomination cash dispense); SCPM bulk check deposits (deposit of up to 10 checks at the same time); CPM multi-check deposits (deposit of multiple checks in the same transaction); and check and cash payment (loan payments by cash or check).
Aptra Edge 3.0 Phase II support is available at no charge from CO-OP as part of normal database maintenance requests. There will be a charge for the software from NCR. The enhanced features will strengthen member relations by providing new options and may attract new members with the added convenience and service the ATMs can provide.
