CO-OP AD PARTNERSHIP

Ad Lab’s new subsidized program shares the printing costs for your materials, helping you amplify your marketing message. The subsidy is a 50%, match up to $1,500 per credit union.**

Receiving your match is a simple, three-step process.

** One 50% match per credit union per calendar year, up
to $1,500. Limited funds available and will be allocated
on a first come, first served basis upon meeting the CO-OP Ad Partnership program criteria and receiving CO-OP Financial Services approval.

Pre-Approval

Complete and submit the Pre-Approval Form below and submit a PDF of your customized artwork to Marketing@co-opfs.org

Review

CO-OP will review the request and provide your approval, or any necessary changes.

Reimbursement

Provide CO-OP with a copy of your pre-approval form, the invoice from your print vendor, and a photograph of the piece in use.

Please complete the following information to apply for the 50% Ad Lab subsidy. You will be contacted by a
member of the CO-OP Marketing Department upon receipt of your application.

Subsidy Terms and Conditions:

In order to participate, credit unions will need to complete the registration form and submit PDF’s of their customized CO-OP artwork.

CO-OP Financial Services will review your marketing and estimate and send the credit union an approval within 5 business days. Once
the credit union has been contacted the funds are reserved until the final invoice has been sent in for reimbursement.

Reimbursement:
Once your credit union has printed the marketing materials and been invoiced by the printer, a copy of your invoice, pre-approval form,
along with a photograph of each marketing piece in use, will need to be sent back to CO-OP at Marketing@co-opfs.org or mailed to 9692 Haven Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. If the final invoice exceeds the $1500 limit, a reimbursement will not be issued by CO-OP Financial Services to the credit union
