Connie Trudgeon
Connie Trudgeon’s distinguished financial services career began in the banking industry, first with Bank of America and later with Redlands Federal Bank, where she served as Vice President/Director of Operations for the $1 billion-plus California institution. At Redlands she managed a staff of 30 employees and handled everything from the bank’s ATM network and VISA Credit Card program to serving on the MIS Steering Committee and the Disaster Preparedness Task Force.
In 1998 Connie joined CO-OP Financial Services (formerly CO-OP Network) where she is currently Vice President of Operations. Connie oversees an array of operational areas, including debit card support, compliance and training. She was instrumental in developing CO-OP’s Data Navigator/Exception Management System, the CO-OP Extranet and Call Center Support Automation. She also chairs the CO-OP Financial Services Operations Advisory Committee and has been featured in national print and broadcast media discussing fraud issues.
Connie attended Financial Graduate School at the University of Texas and School for Executive Development at Arizona State. She lives in Redlands, Calif., with her husband of 30 years and their two sons.
