Kathy Herziger-Snider
Kathy Herziger-Snider is Vice President of Product Development at CO-OP Network. With 20 years experience in financial services, customer service, project management, operations, account management, training, sales, product management, and strategic planning, she is responsible for planning and delivery of the network technology products.
Kathy, a Wisconsin native, comes to CO-OP Network after serving as Director of Acquiring Services for Milwaukee, WI.-based eFunds. She also served as Director of Financial Institutions including responsibilities for client services, training documentation, and sales support for USPI, a start-up processing venture funded in part by ACI.
Before USPI, Kathy spent 8 years at Deluxe Data Systems (now eFunds), holding positions in account management, training, pre-sales support, and product management for the financial institution services EFT division. Prior to joining Deluxe, she worked for First Interstate Management Services in ATM Operations, customer service, project management, and conversion analysis with an emphasis in EFT, ATM, deposit, retirement, loan and customer information systems.
Kathy started her financial services career as a teller for Citizens Bank. She has issuer and acquirer experience with the industry leading primary payments applications including ACI Base 24 and eFunds Connex applications. Kathy holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Management sciences.
